1. Services Overview

Rebilder provides custom AI system design, implementation, and ongoing optimization services for businesses. Our services include workflow analysis, custom AI system builds, team training, and continuous upgrade support.

2. Booking and Payment

Initial Build: The Initial Build is $2,999 one-time, due per invoice after your booking call. No deposit is required to schedule.

On-Site Training: An optional On-Site Training add-on is available for $1,500.

Ongoing Plans: Optional ongoing plans are available at $200/month (Cruise) or $599/month (Scale). There are no long-term contracts — you can cancel anytime.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Zelle and Venmo.

3. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee that within 60 days of implementation, our systems will have saved your business more than they cost. If they haven't, we will provide a full refund of your investment. This guarantee is subject to good-faith usage of the implemented systems and reasonable cooperation with optimization efforts during the 60-day period.

4. Scope of Work

The Initial Build ($2,999) includes:

  • Strategy session to identify opportunities
  • Unlimited automations built & deployed
  • Full integration with your existing tools
  • Remote training & documentation
  • 60 days of support included

Additional services, including On-Site Training and ongoing plans, are available as outlined on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom AI systems we build for your business. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential learnings from our work. Your business data, processes, and confidential information remain your property.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business processes, data, or proprietary information with third parties without your consent.

7. Subscription Services

The optional ongoing plans (Cruise at $200/month and Scale at $599/month) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rebilder's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
