1. Services Overview

Graham Mumm provides custom workflow automation services for businesses. Our services include workflow analysis, custom implementation, team training, and ongoing optimization support.

2. Booking and Payment

Deposit: A $500 deposit is required to secure your build day. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before the scheduled build day.

Final Payment: The remaining balance ($2,000 for the Growth Package) is due on the day of implementation.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via Zelle and Venmo.

3. The 3x Guarantee

We guarantee that within 60 days of implementation, our automation workflow will enable your team to handle at least 50% more work in the same hours. If this goal is not achieved, we will provide a full refund of your investment. This guarantee is subject to good-faith usage of the implemented system and reasonable cooperation with optimization efforts during the 30-day period.

4. Scope of Work

The Growth Package ($2,500) includes:

  • One (1) custom automation workflow
  • Same-day implementation
  • Remote team training (up to 10 people)
  • 60 days of optimization support

Additional workflows and in-person training are available at additional cost as outlined on our pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the custom automation workflow we build for your business. We retain the right to use general methodologies and non-confidential learnings from our work. Your business data, processes, and confidential information remain your property.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business processes, data, or proprietary information with third parties without your consent.

7. Subscription Services

The optional Scale Subscription ($199/month) is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Graham Mumm's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
